Manage notifications and privacy choices

For: Any signed-in account holder. Outcome: Notifications arrive in the way you prefer while essential messages remain available.

Before you begin

Open Notifications to review recent messages. Times are shown in your account time zone.

Journey

1. Read a notification or use Mark all as read.
2. Open notification preferences in Settings.
3. Choose channels for optional categories.
4. Set quiet hours or a daily digest for non-urgent messages.
5. Choose whether to receive marketing communication. You can withdraw that choice later.
6. Open Product analytics to allow or stop governed product-usage collection.

What happens next

Security, payment, session and other transactional notices remain available even when optional categories are disabled. Product analytics does not include educational records or personal learning evidence.

Troubleshooting

• Session reminders and security notices are not delayed by quiet hours.
• If a message uses the wrong time, update your time zone in profile settings.
• If an email channel is unavailable, important notices remain in Drona.
