Manage your enrolment
Transfer cohort or decide whether to move to a newer course version.
For: An enrolled learner. Outcome: A deliberate cohort or course-version choice without losing track of your current learning path.
Before you begin
Review your current course version and schedule. A cohort transfer is available only to an eligible cohort teaching the same version with remaining capacity.
Journey
- Open the enrolment from My learning.
- To transfer, compare eligible cohorts by start time, first class, session count and capacity.
- Select a cohort, acknowledge its schedule and confirm. Check the updated class in Schedule.
- If a newer version is offered, open the version choice from the learning path.
- Review the current and newer versions and the change summary.
- Choose explicitly to stay or move. Drona never moves an active enrolment automatically.
What happens next
A cohort transfer keeps the same immutable course version and updates the schedule. A version choice applies only to this enrolment and is retained as your decision.
Troubleshooting
- If no cohort is listed, there may be no eligible capacity.
- If a class does not appear after transfer, refresh Schedule and check the confirmed cohort.
- If you need help understanding a version change, contact support before deciding.
