Before you begin

The guardian relationship and required consent must be active. Drona limits access when a relationship is withdrawn or changed.

Journey

1. Open Linked learners and choose the learner.
2. Review active courses, schedule and attendance.
3. Open View learning insight for a course.
4. Review the same objective evidence, diagnostic states and next work shown to the learner.
5. Use the course or session link when you need contextual help.

What happens next

You receive a read-only projection of the learner’s facts and relevant transactional notifications. Tutors retain teaching actions; guardians do not mark, dismiss or reinterpret evidence.

Troubleshooting

• If a course is missing, confirm the purchase selected this learner.
• If the link is inactive, follow the consent or relationship guidance shown.
• Unknown diagnostic evidence is not failure; it means the objective was not sufficiently probed.
