Buy a course for a linked learner

For: A guardian with an active learner link and consent. Outcome: The guardian owns the order while the selected learner receives access.

Before you begin

Confirm the learner appears under Linked learners and that the course is appropriate for them. Review course, diagnostic and trial terms together.

Journey

1. Sign in as the guardian and open the course checkout.
2. Under Who will learn?, select the linked learner instead of yourself.
3. Review the learner identity, price, tax and terms.
4. Complete the hosted payment and return to Drona.
5. Open the paid order and confirm that learning access is assigned to the learner.
6. Open Linked learners to reach the course insight.
7. The learner can now open the course from their own My learning page.

What happens next

Receipts and refund controls remain with the guardian buyer. Lessons and assessment attempts belong only to the learner. The guardian’s learning view is read-only.

Troubleshooting

• If the learner is unavailable at checkout, verify the guardian link and consent.
• If access appears under the wrong account, do not begin the course; contact support from the order.
• If the learner cannot see the course, confirm the order is paid and names them as learner.
