Before you begin
Before buying, check whether the diagnostic is advisory or holds lessons until a stated condition is met. Review the consequence, retake policy and remedy.
Journey
- Open the course from My learning and select the diagnostic shown as your first action.
- Read the attempt and result rules.
- Answer every presented question and submit.
- Review the objective profile. Secure, partial, gap and unknown describe the available evidence, not you as a person.
- If lessons are held, follow the next step shown. A tutor may review the exact attempt and record an access decision with a reason.
- Reopen the course path after the decision.
What happens next
The result remains pinned to the exact diagnostic version you took. You, your tutor and an active linked guardian see the same material objective facts with role-appropriate actions.
Troubleshooting
- Unknown means the diagnostic did not present enough evidence; it is not a failed answer.
- If lessons remain held, open the profile for the current condition and remedy.
- If an active guardian cannot see the result, check the guardian link and consent state.
