Before you begin
Your public profile never includes contact, identity or payout details. Security-sensitive payout changes require recent password and multi-factor confirmation.
Journey
- Review your public tutor profile and published courses as a visitor would see them.
- Open Tutor operations for planned leave, payout replacement and teaching-assistant access.
- Preview the effect of leave before declaring it.
- Open Weekly availability to manage recurring rules, limits, exceptions, holidays and calendar connection.
- Open Earnings statement to compare pending, available and paid balances.
- Review immutable transactions, refunds, adjustments and payouts, or export a bounded date range.
What happens next
Availability changes affect future booking without silently moving existing classes. Pending earnings remain separate from available funds. Refunds and adjustments appear as explained transactions.
Troubleshooting
- If a public label is wrong, update the stable profile selection rather than entering a translated label.
- If a payout change is blocked, complete the confirmation shown and observe any cooling-off period.
- If a balance differs from expectation, open its transactions before contacting support from the statement.
