Apply to teach
Complete a private tutor application and finish activation.
For: A verified account holder who wants to teach. Outcome: An activated tutor profile after application review, agreement acceptance and payout onboarding.
Before you begin
Prepare your legal and public names, contact details, subjects, levels, languages, experience, biography, credentials and teaching evidence. Sensitive evidence remains private.
Journey
- From the dashboard, select Apply to teach.
- Complete each application stage. Drona saves the draft continuously and shows outstanding items.
- Add credentials and teaching evidence in the requested formats.
- Submit when all checks pass. The submitted version becomes read-only.
- Respond if changes are requested, then submit the revised application.
- After approval, read and accept the exact current tutor agreement.
- Complete payout and tax onboarding using the protected form.
- Finish any required account security step. Tutor navigation appears after activation.
What happens next
Approval alone does not grant tutor access. Activation occurs only after the current agreement, payout onboarding and required account protection are complete.
Troubleshooting
- If submission is unavailable, use the outstanding-items list to find the missing stage.
- If an upload is still being checked, wait for a ready or actionable state before submitting.
- If approved but not activated, open the application for the exact remaining step.
